The application is designed for keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic headings, readable contrast, reduced motion, screen-reader labels, preserved poetry line breaks, and responsive controls that do not force desktop scholarly layouts onto phones.

Quote cards include a plain-text equivalent. Old Norse characters are stored and rendered as Unicode rather than decorative images. Status is never communicated by color alone.

Accessibility problems can be reported through the corrections form under metadata issue, with the affected route and expected behavior.
